Criteria for membership into the NCWA Hall of Fame:
The Hall has Recognized Twelve Areas of Involvement or Contribution to Wrestling

NCWA Coach / Asst. Coach
NCWA Official
NCWA University Administrator
NCWA Donor / Benefactor
NCWA All-American
NCWA Team Founder
NCWA Long Term Volunteer
NCWA National Board Member
NCWA Conference Board Member
NCWA Corporate Sponsor
NCWA Outstanding Alumni
Criteria for Circle of Champions Induction

1. Outstanding Achievement as an NCWA Wrestler.
2. Five years Post Graduate
3. Displays at least 2 of the 10 Areas of Involvement
4. Unanimous Vote of the NCWA Hall of Fame Board
5. Remains a contributor in the local or national wrestling community.

1. Be the Original individual that founded an NCWA Program
2. Program must remain a member of the NCWA for at least 4 consecutive years / or NCAA
3. Program must have qualified at least 5 athletes to compete in Nationals.
4. Inductee is at least 5 years removed from College Graduation
5. Remain a contributor to the NCWA Vision through volunteerism or financial support

Minimum Age of 30
5 Years minimum service to NCWA or member institution
Displays at least 3 of the 10 Areas of Involvement
Unanimous Vote of the NCWA Hall of Fame Board
75% vote of the Existing Hall of Honor Members

Minimum Age of 35
10 Years minimum service to NCWA or member Institution
Displays at least 6 of the 12 Areas of Involvement
Unanimous Vote of the NCWA Hall of Fame Board
90 % vote of the Existing Hall of Fame Members

1. Nominees to all areas of the Hall of Fame must be at least 5 years Post College Graduation
2. Nominees must have minimum contributions to wrestling as outlined below
Circle of Champions Nominee:
Must have contributed to NCWA Wrestling in at least 2 of the 10 areas of involvement
Hall of Honor Nominee:
Must have Contributed to NCWA Wrestling in at least 4 of the 10 areas of involvement
Hall of Fame Legend - Nominee:
Must have Contributed to NCWA Wrestling in at least 6 of the 10 areas of involvement
